Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Maxx, then Cancel. Do this at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I paid but Premium is locked.
In Maxx open Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you paid with.

The scan says it could not see my face.
Face the camera in soft daylight, remove hair from your face and fit your face in the oval.

How do I delete my data?
In Maxx open Settings, then Delete my data. This removes your photos, reports, routine and chats from your phone. We do not store your photos on our servers.

Is Maxx medical advice?
